Our services are intended for U.S.-based businesses. If you act on behalf of a business, you must be authorized to do so. Information you provide must be accurate, and you must not use the website for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Catalog, cart & orders

The current website is a preview. Product mockups and prices are illustrative. Cart items are stored only in your browser, do not place an order, and do not reserve inventory. Account registration, email sign-in, and checkout are not yet active; no payment is collected through this preview.

For any order arranged directly with Spendy LLC, the accepted written quote and order confirmation establish the specifications, quantities, pricing, taxes, shipping, payment requirements, and production schedule. A website preview alone is not an order acceptance.

Artwork & Approvals

You must own, or have permission to use, any artwork, logos, trademarks, or other materials you supply. You retain your rights in those materials and authorize Spendy LLC to use them to provide the services you request.

Review any production proof carefully, including spelling, layout, dimensions, and colors. Screen mockups are not a guarantee of exact printed color or material appearance. Final specifications and approval requirements will be confirmed for your order before production.

Changes, cancellations & product issues

Changes, cancellations, returns, and remedies for custom-produced goods depend on the agreed order terms and production status. Contact us before requesting a change and promptly if an item arrives damaged or does not match the agreed specifications. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual Property

BrandsAtScale™ is a trademark of Spendy LLC. The website’s original content and design are owned by Spendy LLC or used with permission. Except as permitted by law or with written permission, you may not reproduce or commercially reuse that content. Other brands and customer materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability & Responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the website preview is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted access or complete accuracy. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
